Israel-Palestine Series II: Hillel Cohen on History, Truth and Fabrication

Room for Discussion is proud to announce a the continuation of its interview series on Israel and Palestine. As the unimaginable atrocities in Gaza continue and the hostages still did not return home, we remain committed to talking about the current events and the broader Israeli-Palestinian conflict openly and respectfully.

While the first part of the interview series focussed on the current reality on the ground with Palestinian journalist Taghreed El-Khodary and Israeli writer Yossi Klein Halevi, the upcoming two interviews will contextualize the topic more broadly with the Palestinian conflict researcher Nadim Rouhana and the Israeli historian Hillel Cohen.

On the 24th of January, we will discuss the roots of the conflict and the relevance of a new narration of history with the Israeli historian Hillel Cohen.
